I’m 30 pounds down from my heaviest weight! It took me a year to take it off AND keep it off… I spent about half my year relapsing. But this is still a big deal for me. I haven’t weighed this in 2.5 years.
Moving forward, I’m still going to work toward my goal of 105. But more importantly, I want to see a stronger and more muscular body and I want to see fewer inches. So if I can get to a point where I feel good about my body in 5 pounds, I’ll stop losing there.
In the meantime, I am celebrating. Happy Friday everyone :)
