This is a blog about growing up, I suppose.

Sore Legs and Future Plans

My legs are so sore from running yesterday.  Tomorrow, I’ll run a little bit farther.  And next week, I’ll run even farther.  My eating hasn’t been as great, lately, but I’m still working out 5-6 days a week.  I’m nearly to 118.  This is weight that I haven’t seen in about 2.5 years; even though I’m bigger inch-wise, it still feels good to see the scale dropping.  Plus, when I get to 118, that will be 30 pounds down
It’s a big deal.

We booked our spring break trip yesterday!  The countdown is on!  8 weeks from this weekend, I will be in Miami!!  (Of course, I can’t wait to see how I look when it rolls around.)  I’ve got a good feeling about this :)

So, in honor of spring break, I’m putting together a list of books I want to read by and/or during spring break:
Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell
The Great Railway Bazaar by Paul Theroux
Even the Rats Were White by Robert Guthrie

In case you didn’t notice, I have a lot of fiction and a good bit of psychology books in my future.
If you have any other recommendations, let me know!!

I’m off to do some actual schoolwork now!
