I’m a 20-something who enjoys cooking, reading, people-watching and traveling.
My 2011 resolution was to lose 20 pounds. (almost lost 25!!)
My 2012 resolution is to find health - body and soul.
I plan on losing at least 12 more pounds. But more importantly, I want to be strong.
As for the well-being of my soul, I’m promising myself to:
- read (at least) twelve books this year
- be more positive; limit worrying
- make “me time”
